As we are nearing my 16th birthday I am beginning to look at rucks for sale on the market I am looking at 3/4 ton diesel trucks (2500 HD, F-250) and I can not make my mind up at all. One day I want a ford and another day I want a Chevy and then the next day I want a ram. I was looking at trucks from the early 2000s, because of the pre emission engines, but started looking at newer ones, because they are more reliable and are covered under warranty.
I will need one of these trucks to pull a horse trailer. Currently I am leaning towards GMC and if I were to get one I would put 20x10 duel lethals, Toyo open country m/t tires, Flo~Pro exhaust with an EFI live by Kory Willis tuner, along with a bodyguard front and rear bumper replacement, with bodyguard nerf bars. I would also like to put a S&B cold air intake, and a FASS fuel pump.

  1. Good luck with finding a good truck. You seem to know quite a bit about the quality of trucks.

  3. With what you need the truck for I would go more towards a Chevy. Also If you get a diesel especially a 2500 that is a lot of gas needed.

  4. Yeah I think you should get a GMC, my parents and my grandparents both have GMCs and they love then and are very good cars
